Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests
- Perform nightly audits and maintain detailed shift documentation
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service interactions
- Assist with overflow tasks during peak periods as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
