Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional greeting and check-in/check-out services to all guests
- Manage room reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (training provided) for daily operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information and financial transactions
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
