- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures, room assignments, and local recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with accuracy and honesty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 30 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
