Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Answer incoming calls with a professional tone and route messages or take accurate details.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or property management software.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
