Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and verifying guest information accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with care and attention to detail.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local directions, hours of operation, and hotel amenities.
- Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby space.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
