Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with exceptional service
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservations and modify bookings using our PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
