Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations using property management systems.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and manage cash or credit transactions with precision.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area to ensure the safety and security of all guests and hotel property.
- Shift Coordination: Adapt to various shift schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous hospitality experience is not mandatory; we are looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard at all times.
