Responsibilities
- Greeting & Check-in: Welcome guests warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Assistance: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, package deliveries, and maintain the lobby area to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Payment Processing: Process guest payments and balances accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and reliability over history.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
