Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing room assignments and electronic key cards.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the cashier drawer according to hotel policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Assist with special requests to enhance the guest stay experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience in hospitality is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
