Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Provide concierge services, including local recommendations and directions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in resolving guest inquiries and complaints to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
