Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage the front desk area, including filing, sorting mail, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby.
- Assist guests with any requests, including directions, local recommendations, and administrative support.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train motivated candidates with a strong desire to learn.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or property management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
