Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with hotel software (training provided).
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
