- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest registrations and payments using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and respond to emails promptly.
- Guest Services: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
