Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our Property Management System (PMS), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay, answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues with a smile.
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages promptly to ensure guests feel valued and informed.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area for safety and security, verifying identities of guests and employees as necessary, and adhering to all hotel safety protocols.
  • Reservations Support: Assist in processing reservations, updating guest profiles, and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for arrivals, addressing any immediate maintenance needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary. We value attitude and work ethic over past job titles.
  • Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
