Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, ensuring smooth transactions and personalized experiences
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain impeccable guest room standards
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes
- Process payments, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute daily front desk operations including phone handling, message delivery, and concierge services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hotel experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
