Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and residents, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, room service requests, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Security & Access: Verify identification and manage key cards to ensure the safety and security of our facility and guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle cash transactions, and perform light cleaning duties to keep the front area organized.
Qualifications

- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
