Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a smile and a professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage correspondence professionally.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A friendly, outgoing, and positive personality is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
