Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process reservations, manage payments, and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, answering questions about local attractions, amenities, and hotel policies.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with restaurant recommendations, transportation arrangements, and local event information.
- Maintenance: Monitor the front desk area for cleanliness and safety, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and service-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
