Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training for weekend shifts
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments for integrated service delivery
- Monitor room inventory and optimize occupancy during weekend peak periods
- Implement and maintain brand service standards across all touchpoints
- Conduct post-shift reports and ensure proper cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience in luxury hotel environments
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume weekend operations
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, StayNTouch preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and guest relationship skills
- Flexible weekend availability including holidays and special event dates
- Nevada Gaming Registration (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
