Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
