Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and answer any questions regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems, processing reservations, and handling mail and packages.
- Communication: Relay messages, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready, and respond promptly to guest requests via email or in-person.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues with a calm and professional demeanor, escalating complex matters to the supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in a customer service role.
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and welcoming telephone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
