Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out processes and guest interactions
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnarounds
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and anticipate needs
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and operate reservation systems
- Assist with valet services, bell stand duties, and luggage handling
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all guest areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset under pressure
