Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution of front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability and revenue.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex guest issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and high employee engagement.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and implement local marketing strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hotel brand standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Smith Travel.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
