Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls while maintaining a polite and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle mail distribution, package deliveries, and front desk administrative tasks.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Utilize computer systems to manage reservations, check-ins, and general database updates.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and email programs.
