- Assist visitors with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposit reports accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and update guest profiles in the property management system.
Qualifications
