Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas for next-day operations
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance issues, and guest communications
- Assist with valet services and parking management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
