Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and fulfill special requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Operational Support: Answer multi-line phone systems, take accurate messages, and transfer calls promptly to various departments.
- Front Office Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and prepare daily reports accurately.
- Communication: Relay vital information to housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer proficiency is required; full training on our software provided.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
