Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, room assignments, and payment processing.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, routing messages or addressing inquiries.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and special requests.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Administrative: Handle mail, packages, and faxes in a timely manner.
Qualifications
