Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, reservations, and payments using our property management system.
- Guest Relations: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries or requests promptly.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Problem Solving: Handle minor guest complaints or issues with a positive attitude and escalate complex matters to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
