Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment information.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage the front desk operations, including processing reservations and managing room assignments.
- Assist with concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and a focus on problem resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
