Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and lobby management.
- Resolve complex guest complaints and escalations with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Train, coach, and mentor front desk staff to ensure high service standards.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and financial transactions.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
