What You’ll Do
As the face of Indy Corporate Suites, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct calls to the appropriate department or guest.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist visitors with directions, local recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- A professional, neat appearance and a positive attitude.
