Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and empathy.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process payments and prepare accurate bills for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating standard applications).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
