Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to emails with accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions according to hotel security protocols.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide full training!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a neat, well-groomed look.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
