Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Assist with front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and answering phone calls.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, guest rooms, and lobby spaces.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams by delivering amenities and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and messages with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
