- Assist with luggage handling and provide local recommendations and directions.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; full training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
