Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
