Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth, professional check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms, public areas, and hallways to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation assistance.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds, restocking amenities, and vacuuming.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a valid government-issued ID.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
