- Handle special guest requests promptly and with discretion
- Collaborate with maintenance team for timely room readiness and service recovery
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards per NYC Health Department guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid NYC Housekeeping License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Fluent English communication skills with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
