Responsibilities
- warmly and professionally greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
- manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- answer incoming phone calls with a friendly voice and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- assist guests with concierge services, local directions, and recommendations.
- handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- resolve guest concerns and complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but training will be provided.
- No prior experience required – we value attitude, enthusiasm, and a great work ethic.
