Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a high-quality first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations, check-outs, and payments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Phone & Email: Answer multi-line phones professionally and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Guest Relations: Address guest requests, complaints, and needs with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail, package handling, and light clerical duties as needed.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidate with a passion for hospitality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
