Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to meet our high standards.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Assist in the front desk operations, including managing reservations and processing payments.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols to protect guests and property.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
