- Ensure the reception area and lobby are kept clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, transportation, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
