Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and a professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails with clarity and courtesy.
- Assist visitors and local residents with directions, recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage or supplies.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
