Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a calm and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes.
