Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnover
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and guest transportation needs
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with security team to maintain a secure environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hotel experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
