Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming communications, including phone inquiries and email correspondence, with a focus on superior customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the front desk and lobby areas at all times.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and loyalty program redemptions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
