Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general lobby maintenance.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the facility is pristine.
- Update guest records in the property management system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software is helpful.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
