As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations with efficiency and grace, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and answering inquiries regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.

Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Offer a warm, professional welcome to all guests as they arrive and ensure a smooth departure process.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Accurately process guest registrations, payments, and room keys using our property management system.
- Guest Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering questions about hotel services and local recommendations.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Mail & Messages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and messages to guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the hotel's brand.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions and manage reservations with precision.
