- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling mail, packages, and general inquiries.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and resolve any concerns with a smile.
- Administrative Support: Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest logs.
